Successful track record developing and implementing strategies and programs resulting in increasing sales and market share.
Michael has experience in business development, state and local government contracting, K-12 food and nutrition (federal programs, vender and distribution services), leadership development, youth and collegiate athletics, and conference planning and operations.
Shanda Cummings Crowder, MEd, EdD
Chief Operating Officer and Senior Consultant
Dr. Crowder is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in education and human services with a passion for serving children and families. Over the course of her career Dr. Crowder has developed and supported education and government organization structures; provided management and strategic planning; developed and implemented programs for youth and families; and has provided leadership and support for staff.
Dr. Crowder has experience in business development, education planning and administration, restorative practices, leadership development, community planning and development, faith based ministry supports, implementation science, and conference planning and operations.
Hannah Crowder, Chief Kid Officer #1
Hannah is a leader in her own right. She loves reading, baking, and dancing. She loves sharing her knowledge and her ideas with all who will listen. Her personal goal is to become a veterinarian. Hannah lives by the scripture "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" Philippians 4:13. As a part of the Promised Season Team Hannah is focused on innovation and style. She plans to ensure we provide services and goods that impact kids.
Fulton J. Crowder, Chief Kid Officer #2
Fulton is compassionate and the heartbeat of our team. He loves singing, dancing, drawing, and cars. Fulton loves to be around people bringing joy and laughter. He wants to be and engineer and car designer. Fulton lives by the scripture "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11. As a part of the Promised Season Team he is focused on our branding and appeal to others.
